Congratulations! Commuting sucks. Especially if it's to a place you don't even want to be. I hope the new people treat you better and the new job's more enjoyable.![]()
Well, at least until I start my new job and find out it is hell again.
I got a job closer to home, in somewhat of a minor management position. With very high possibility of advancement.
Best part is it is ten minutes from home, no more driving 40 minutes to be treated like crap!
I'll be managing the back room and about 12 people. I'm excited about it. Brand new store, this could be cool.

KIDDING.
Seriously, I hope this one works out for you. You, like the rest of us, deserve only good things. (because I SAID so, darnit).
Retail sucks.
Eh, work sucks. But you gotta do something to pay the bills. After all... we can't all be Rich...
*rimshot*
eeewwwwwww.
Oh geez...that one was BRUTAL, Juice...
Congrats, Asis. A ten minute commute? I can only dream...
of being rich, or having a short commute?
Well, see, it's a catch 22. Rich hates retail. If I dream of the commute, then I can't be rich- If I'm gonna dream of being Rich, then the 10 min commute to a retail job will throw a cog in the wheel of my imagined bliss.
go figure
